Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Suns Engineering 210740 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tel-Tokyo-Electron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Swan product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tci such as the KDRF3L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MD7222633 manufactured by Tel-Tokyo-Electron and we are pleased to be able to service most Tel-Tokyo-Electron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A7213010 by Manufacturer Swan as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Suzhou-Inovance Brand IS500PS1R61128 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tb-Woods such as J716 equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tb-Woods products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tb-Woods" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G242C made by Tecdis as well as the popular 1R8160455012 original spares produced by Tel-Tokyo-Electron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EXM2EP by Sunx and J716 spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV18U18M2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique.
